Tiffany Huyen (who loves to go by Tiff) is a Vietnamese-American actor, performer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Orange County, California. Having studied at Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), she brings a captivating blend of commanding musicality, sharp comedic instincts, and deep emotional grounding to each project.
Tiff's life has truly been centered around being on stage. Her performance journey began in dance at the age of 3, followed by picking up the violin at age 5. Her lifelong passion for theatre officially ignited as a child while watching her cousin perform in Oliver!, leading to her own stage debut at age 8 in A Christmas Carol. After six years of childhood theatrical productions, she stepped away from the stage to focus on education, earning a B.S. in Computer Science at Cal State Fullerton and establishing a successful career as a data analyst. Driven by pure passion for performing, she simultaneously competed at the highest level of competitive marching percussion, playing bass drum for elite Drum Corps International (DCI) and Winter Guard International (WGI) groups such as POW Percussion, RCC, and Carolina Crown.
This unique dual perspective allows Tiff to approach every creative project on an intellectual level, using her analytical mind to deeply understand her character and the architecture of the show. She has translated this mindset in a series of roles, recently as Marcy Park in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Snoopy in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Martha Bessell in Spring Awakening.
Tiffany is currently in Santa Ana College's Production of Spring Awakening, playing the role of Ilse Neumann, running Oct 16-18.
